Hello, I'm delighted to have you with me today in episode 40. Petra Bach, whom I spoke with a few weeks ago, shares a truly profound experience today that gave me goosebumps at times—and yet, thanks to her remarkable dark humor (as she herself says), there were also moments where we could smile together.

So, who is Petra? After graduating from high school, she worked as an advertising saleswoman, then began studying art, and then started again with a degree in cultural management.


Today, she is particularly well-known in Düsseldorf, where she designed, among other things, the first "art train" for the Rheinbahn (Rhine Railway). With her company, ARTANDBUTTER, Petra aims to create a platform where the worlds of art and business can meet in a relaxed atmosphere. Petra also runs her blog "oben-ohne.life," in which she and others share stories about their lives with and after cancer.

She shares why life after the tumor was her biggest challenge—after all, she firmly believed she wouldn't survive the surgery.
