Hi, great to have you here! For once, this isn't an interview, but rather a little update...

Overview of all episodes

I can only be amazed, because it has been a good 1.5 years since I started this podcast.

And I had a clear goal:

Through conversations with my guests, I wanted to give inspiration and motivation to people who have already come a long way in their careers - and are now at a turning point - or who are wondering what their individual path is and what they really want.

  • Sometimes it’s just a feeling that there is more,

  • that the current situation somehow no longer feels appropriate or that they are stuck,

  • or they no longer want to just drift, but want to actively shape their own path.

And so, with this podcast - just like with my job as a Career & Life Coach - I wanted to support people on their very own journey to illuminate their possibilities, make conscious decisions and thus actively shape their future.

I wanted to bring you and others stories of people who have already mastered such phases in their lives and thus also the chance to look at their own situation and the associated feelings in a different way.

And so, for example,

  • Jürgen Klopp , how he overcame inner doubts and insecurities when it came to his professional future,

  • Oliver Pocher explains what questions like “What is MY path?” mean to him and how he makes important decisions, and

  • Johannes B. Kerner openly shared how he dealt with professional challenges and failures along the way.

What I found so important about these 67 open and, in some cases, truly profound conversations was that they showed one thing: each of them who at some point asked themselves the question, "What is my path?" and then set out to find out, experienced phases of uncertainty, a wild carousel of thoughts, and inner doubt.

I've experienced this myself on my varied professional journey. I know that it's sometimes incredibly difficult to remain true to yourself on your own development path, yet still be able to change your perspective and actively make decisions. But I also know how fulfilling it is to consciously shape your own path and experience yourself as effective. That's why this podcast was so important to me.

And I'm glad I wasn't completely wrong.

Not only the many guests who were so willing and open to talk about their own, not always easy, path, but also the encouragement and valuable feedback have driven me over these 1.5 years.

I'm delighted to be able to marvel at the approximately 11,000 listeners tuning in today from over 100 countries. Wow :)

Thank you for that!

And if you've listened to a few episodes, you'll know that I'm always curious, allowing myself to be inspired along the way, and that's how ideas constantly emerge. And if something new is allowed to emerge, you usually have to finish something else to make space and time for it. And that's why the last interview was the last one in this podcast series.

It was an exciting and special time for me. I learned so much and treasure it all within me. I thank all the guests and you for accompanying me on this colorful journey and allowing me to be a part of it.

I wish you much joy on your future path and that you experience your life with its many possibilities as an adventure on safe ground.
