**Translation of a German Episode**

Hello and welcome to episode #17 of my podcast, which I hope will once again provide you with a good dose of inspiration, motivation, and new ideas from my interviewee today. And that person today is Stefan Reinartz.

A man who has already succeeded twice in turning his passion into his career. As a boy, he dreamed of becoming a professional soccer player – and actually made it to the German national team. At the same time, he began studying psychology at the Fernuniversität Hagen (Fern University of Hagen) and is now the managing director of his own company, "Impect," in Cologne.

Show notes

Today he shares with us how he asked himself early in his career whether he really wanted to be a footballer and how he was more concerned with the time after sports. He describes in great detail how he made his own decisions on this exciting journey—one that wasn't always accompanied by the understanding of others. We hear why advice wasn't very helpful when making decisions, but it taught him a lot about what makes the people around him tick. In this episode, you'll hear what goals, mistakes, values, and priorities mean to him today, and what it means to him to experience self-efficacy!

Are you currently facing an important decision, or are you repeatedly asking yourself what MY path is?
