**Translation of a German Episode**
In this episode, I'm talking with Oliver Pocher from Cologne, whom you probably know as a comedian, presenter, or actor from TV—for example, from his own shows or alongside Harald Schmidt and Günther Jauch. His path led him from a commercial apprenticeship into the entertainment business, where he has been quite versatile from the start. ( Warning: this episode is not entirely suitable for young audiences.)

Show notes
Oliver tells us very openly about how he's shaped his career so far and why fun and variety in his career are essential for him. And he doesn't always have the wind in his sails – we learn how he deals with criticism or rejection from people, and how learning from failure has made other great things possible.
He's spent 20 years in the public eye, yet he remains true to himself – for example, his participation in the RTL TV show "Let's Dance," which he reports on entertainingly. He also shares his thoughts on social media and how fatherhood has changed his life.
Over the years, he's had to make important decisions time and again. In this episode, you'll hear how he often made them based on gut feeling, sometimes offending a few people. Enjoy!
