Show notes
In today's episode, we hear from Frauke how it was the desire and curiosity for a task or a topic that drove her on her path. This also enabled her to develop a good sense of what she didn't wanted to do.
She talks about the feeling of failure, fear, and insecurity, but also about the fact that not every endeavor is guaranteed to be a success. She shares these and other reasons that, in her experience, deter people from embarking on a new path. Regarding career change, we learn that it requires a balance between planning and seizing opportunities as they arise, and how to make the right decisions for yourself along the way.
