**Translation of a German Episode**
Now I'm talking to Jürgen Klopp for you - you can hear the entire interview in this and the next episode.

Jürgen now lives in Liverpool, where he is currently head coach of Liverpool FC, with whose team he won the Champions League this year.
As a player, he played for FSV Mainz 05, completed his studies in sports science, and later became a coach there. This role then led him to Borussia Dortmund (BVB), where he won the German championship two years in a row.

Now Jürgen tells us the questions he asked himself as he considered his time after his professional career. We learn what it was like for him to go from active player to coach virtually overnight. He will also share with us how he approaches challenges, why he "evolves" into a leader, and what his experiences have been along the way. He explains why an environment of trust and a culture of tolerance for mistakes are necessary for people to achieve their best.
